All medical and aesthetic treatments are performed under the supervision of licensed medical providers at Skin Secrets Medical Spa. Individual results vary depending on factors such as skin type, medical history, and lifestyle.

2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
- Skin Secrets Medical Spa requires a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
- A $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any appointments missed or canceled with less than 24-hour notice.
- Multiple missed or late-canceled appointments may result in additional fees or restricted scheduling.
- A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
3. Payments & Accepted Methods
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Checks may only be accepted with prior approval.
- CareCredit purchases must total a minimum of $1,000.
- All sales are final once services have been rendered.
4. Packages, Prepaid Services & Return Policy
- Prepaid treatments and service packages are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied with an unrendered, prepaid service, the remaining balance may be applied toward other services at Skin Secrets Medical Spa.
- Free services or products received through promotions, raffles, or events expire after 24 months and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Due to the nature of medical‑grade and prescription skincare products, any opened or used item cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Skin Secrets Medical Spa is committed to safeguarding your personal and medical information in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws. Information will not be disclosed without your written consent except as required by law.
6. Photography, Media & Recording
With your consent, before‑and‑after photos may be taken for medical documentation and, if approved, for marketing purposes.
Recording any consultation or treatment (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without express permission from Dr. McLaren or authorized staff.
7. Acknowledgement of Consultation and Conduct
- Complimentary consultations are provided as a courtesy to educate clients on available services and recommendations.
- By signing below, you attest that you are seeking services for your personal use only and not on behalf of another medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology practice.
- You affirm that you do not work for nor represent any competing business.
- You agree not to use any recording device during visits without express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skin Secrets Medical Spa and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment provided.
